This is 1930 Model A coupe for sale. owner bought this car about a year ago as a weekend project but just never have the time to work on it and need owner garage space back. This car is The real deal with original Henry Ford Steel!! It was professionally built from the ground up by a local body shop who specializes in hot rod restorations. owner hate to let it go but hate even more watching this great car just sit in my garage going to waste. owner is not an expert in hot rods but owner will do my best describing everything on it. Body
1930 Model A coupe in original Ford steel with 4 quarter patch panels and the top is chopped approximately 3". The grill is a new 1932 fiberglass with the flat black aluminum insert. Also comes with all new Dakota digital dash in brushed aluminum and the complete wiring harness with the brain box. Also included is 2 new power window kits that only needs the glass. All body work was professionally done and the only filler on the car is on the quarter panel seems. The body is in great shape with only a little surface rust from sitting in the garage.
Chassis
The frame is all professionally built with 2x3 tubing with the Mustang II front end. It also has an all new 4 wheel disk brake system with like new 29-12-50 Mickey Thompsons on Aluminum American Racing wheels on the rear and 205-65-15 on weld Aluminum wheels on the front.
Engine
The engine is a professionally rebuilt Ford 302 HO with roller lifters and cam. It has a mild cam with a nice chop. We spared no expense on this rebuild!! The engine will have to be broke in because it was only started and run to adjust the carbs and check it out. It has no road miles on it at all. It is equipped with dual Holley 4 barrel Carbs on a high rise Wieland intake. Also has a new eclectic engine fan installed.
Trans.
Car has a Ford Mustang 5 speed manual transmission with a new clutch system installed. It has a newly rebuilt Ford 9" rear end installed and is ready to go.
Now the fine print
This has been owner cars and has been really well taken care of. All the car needs is the interior and to be sandblasted and painted. The battery, fuel lines and ignition have been removed for painting so not much will have to be done before you paint. The color on it now is believed to be the original Ford paint from the factory. owner looked a long time hunting a body this nice and trust me they are few and far in between. owner do not have a title for this so it will be sold with a notarized bill of sale only and owner is not interested in any trades cash only.
