289 Engine, Auto, "C" Code, GT350 Badging, Classic!!
This Mustang Fastback arrived earlier this year and with little history behind it.
Because we couldn't determine what had or hadn't been recently done,
we decided to do a little work before marketing this Ford.
Over the last 2 months we completed a break down of the engine
and replaced all the gaskets (other components were in excellent shape),
rebuilt the transmission (with new torque converter), cleaned up the engine bay,
re-sprayed the block, performed a complete tune-up and added a little chrome.
This Fastback has recently had several other new components upgraded
or added in the last few months.
Some of these items include: upper A-arm bushings, idle control arm, battery,
front/rear shocks and just over $1,000 in interior parts.
A front end alignment was also completed.
The 289 engine is strong, the transmission shifts smoothly,
and overall the Mustang handles well on the road.
The glass is excellent, the chrome is good, and the interior is very clean.
