2001 Sportsman 5th. Wheel with 2 large slide outs set up in Willie Brook Campground Rt. 28 Wolfeboro,N.H. only 3 miles from center of town.The park is open from May15th. to Oct.15th. It Features: water, sewer, trash pick-up, and Electric Service. The campground has only 26 seasonal sites and the grounds are really well maintained. It is Clean, Quiet, and heavily wooded.The owners allow pets, and there is ample parking for your vehicals and friends/guests.
The unit itself is in excellent condition with everthing in good working order. It has a 30ft. deck with a 28ft. screened in porch,fully underskirted for extra storage,a 4x8ft. storage shed, a big fire pit,and a large picnic table. This is a huge lot and very private,plus it's heavily wooded.
The water is great(well) the electric service is ample and we have trash pick-up plus I had cable T.V. installed alone with high speed internet and a land line phone hook-up. The unit is fully furnished(chairs-tables-bed-sofa etc.etc.)and it also includes all the appliances such as: microwave, stove/oven, ref/ freezer, 2 T.V.s, VCR. Stereo System etc. There is a full bathroom with tub&shower,toilet and vanity.We up-graded the double bed mattress to a pillow top and the unit has ample closet space plus all the under storage.One of the main features is the large screened in porch(28ft.long) big enough for dining table w/4 chairs and easily fits yet another bed and lounge chairs(I mean we lived, slept and ate out on the porch,it's great). Needless to say ,Yes it has air conditioning and gas heat both of which work fine. This is an excellent weekend get-away or a full time summer residence . (we lived there full time in the summer for 3 years and loved it !) We are selling the unit because of divorce and yes, we are still good friends ! all in all we have invested over $23,000.00 in the site and unit and we both agree we need to liquidated it now, to finalize our settlement so with this said the price is $11,500 or best REASONABLE offer...Thanks for viewing Steve & Judy oh yes, we do have pics please contact us ,thanks | | | | |
