1992 6hp EVINRUDE, MODEL E6REN, SERIAL NO. 08943104, SHORT SHAFT, TILLER, RECOIL-START, COMPLETE WITH 3 GALLON GAS TANK, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL, AND TRANSOM SAVER
This 6 horsepower Evinrude outboard motor was bought new in 1992 at the Harrisburg Seaplane Base in Harrisburg, PA. Following purchase, the motor was used one time for approximately 20 minutes, then, due to illness, it was placed in storage where it has remained until just recently when it was mounted on a boat transom, started, and operated for about 6 or 8 minutes at Curwensville Lake. The motor started on the third pull (after sitting in storage for nearly 15 years!) and ran beautifully!
This fantastic motor is, for all intents and purposes, brand NEW! With the exception of the previously mentioned operating time (less than 30 minutes), this outboard motor is virtually unused and is certain to last another lifetime for some lucky buyer!
Apart from a few minor engine cover abrasions and water spots resulting from weather and handling while in storage, this motor is cosmetically pristine!
