My name is Ryan, and I work as a professional bartender in the Los Angeles area. I’m 26 years old and I pride myself on working in a fun and professional manner. Φ:: Why Get a Bartender? Getting a bartender allows you to actually enjoy your own party without being stuck frantically making drinks and trying to host at the same time. A 2 hour party with 50 guests requires an average of 150 drinks to be prepared. This is obviously not what you'd like to be doing during a party! As you likely know by now, there are many other ‘bartenders’ out there and I’m proud to earn my reputation by being an outstanding certified server as opposed to advertising as “hot & sexy.” Whatever other entertainment you get for an event, you need someone who knows what they’re doing behind a bar, not just how to look good (I'm not some hideous mutant by the way, just a normal guy).
Φ:: What Do You Get? The moment you hire me, I’ll work with you every step of the way to ensure you have the best experience possible. Below is a list of the services I provide to all my clients:
-Consultation over what liquors to serve, what quantities to bring, and other supply questions. I provide full drink planning services leading up the event, something not offered by most bartenders. I bring my own bar supplies.
-Dress and conduct according to whatever style of event I’m working. I can work in a tuxedo, shorts and a shirt, or dressed as a pirate: it’s all good.
-I show up an hour early and stay an hour after to help you set up and clean up the event.
-Professional bartending throughout the event. I can prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, shots, and pretty much whatever else you can think of. I also have my own recipes.
I can also pick-up the alcohol myself to save you time, though this may cost slightly more. For larger events I can bring an assistant. If there is anything else I can help out with, I’m always glad to figure out what more I can do!
Φ:: What Does It Cost? My rates, besides tips, are $15/hour for 5+ hour events, $20/hour for 3+ hour events, and $25/hour the minimum 2 hours. For the services I offer, these are very competitive prices.
