The University Park Mall near South Bend and the Lighthouse Place Outlet Mall in Michigan City are looking to add new faces to their A&F management teams. The A&F management training program is a comprehensive 90-day plan focused on immersing the trainee in all aspects of running a store. After evaluation, MITs are promoted to assistant store managers. Ideally, progression from this position to store manager should be within 6-8 months after which assistants are again evaluated and tested for possible home office opportunities (such as visual merchandising, communications, district management, college recruitment, and the store opening team).

This is a full-time position with salary, benefits, and bonus opportunities.
