Price is for each bird.
Both hatched in 2003. I have had them since they were 3 months and 6 months old (got them the same day). They have been together since then. I intended them to be breeders. The male however wants to stay a pet, doesn't pay any mind to the female. So now I need to seperate these two and sell them.
The Female is not tame, is 5 years old and is in great feather. I have noticed the eye change that usually happens when these birds go into breeding condition so I do not doubt she will be a great breeder.
The Male is semi-tame. Loves head scratches, but will bite if you use your finger to get him out of the cage, I use a handheld perch and then pet him while he sits on my knee. With some work I believe he can be a great pet again. He had been handfed and hand raised. But since I had intended him to be a breeder I have not handled him overly much.
