Pure bred Shar Pei in need of loving family home (have all his papers) Moving in 7 days and can NOT take him. I have contacted a few rescues but they can't take him...so I need to find him a home ASAP He is a great family dog Great with kids and other dogs. NOT so great with cats (he likes to chase them) :) He has some raw spots on his skin from itching...the groomer used something that did NOT agree with his skin about 3 weeks ago and he's been digging at himself ever since(very common with shar pei's). He's neutered but will need a rabies shot in September. He may also need a vet trip to get something prescription strength to care for his itchiness. Approx 4 yrs old. (will be 5 October 9th) Also, a great guard dog COMPLETELY housebroken Has NEVER had any accidents in the house Calm dog...does NOT chew and is great on a leash. (MUST be in a harness though because of his size) He is approx 80 pounds and tan. I am asking for a re-homing fee of $75.00 but am willing to waive that if the new owner will take him to the vet for the itchies! :) I just don't have time to do it prior to adopting him out.
