Canon GL2 miniDV camcorder. I assume that most people shopping for this camera will know its specifications, but for those who don't, I've included a brief write-up from Canon. I have used the camera only lightly, for video-taping my family (overkill, I know). I recorded 5 partly full tapes and played them back to transfer to the computer, so the camera has only 10 hours of actual video head use. I'm including a Canon video light that mounts on the hot-shoe. Although the camera has excellent low-light capability, I found that the light reduces noise in dark, indoor environments. It draws from the camera battery, so I bought two extra ones (the larger two in the picture). One is Canon branded and the other (largest) is a generic lithium battery. Even with the light going, I've never had to switch batterries, so just one of the big batteries is more than most will need. When I bought the camera, I ordered a Canon UV filter which has been on the camera since I took it from the box. I have never cleaned the actual lens, since I haven't taken the filter off. The lens is in perfect condition, absolutley scratch, fingerprint, etc, free. Although I'm including the original box, I can't find the user manual (it's available online). I have both eyepiece adapters for the viewfinder, the remote, the charger, the charger-camera power cable, and I'm also including a Kata camera bag ($140). Everything (including charger and mounted video light) fits in the bag snugly and if you leave the charger out, it's quite roomy. The 8MB SD card for still photos is included.
It is truly in like new condition and I can't find a flaw to mention .
