It breaks my heart, but I must find a new home for these two wonderful cats. Both are neutered males. SammySosa is a champagne Burmese, 8 years old; Possum is a silky black Bombay, age 5. They’ve been together all of Possum’s life, so I want them to stay together.
SammySosa loves everybody and is extremely affectionate and playful, more like a puppy than a typical cat in personality. Possum is a fabulous lap cat, and very beautiful. They both love to be with people, and I travel 50% of the time, so that’s why they need a new home.
As purebred cats, they unfortunately have delicate little systems, so they require special food and medicine once a day (they swallow it easily). That means, however, that these boys are a little more high maintenance than most...both from a time and money standpoint. But the reward in terms of sweet friendly cats is great. They come with litter boxes, cat carrier, toys and an initial supply of food and meds. I’d prefer to place them in the Maryland, Virginia, Washington, DC area, for transportation reasons.
