I'll give you a copy of the paperwork for you to keep as proof - for tax and injury liability purposes that you hired a company and not an employee (housekeeper or cleaning person).
The cleaning service is based on (sq.ft.) - mainly on number of bathrooms and items on top of areas that need to be dusted or cleaned.
I'll bring all the cleaning supplies necessary.
I'm professional, extremely fast, and have an extensive amount of experience in cleaning - will provide references.

PRICE LIST - Houses/ Condos /Apartments - Prices reflect the 20% discount
1200 & less (sq.ft.) = $40-$50
1200 – 1800 (sq.ft.) = $45-$65
1800 – 2500 (sq.ft.) = $60-$75
2500 (sq. ft.) & up or homes with 4 bths or more -- will quote separately
*Actual price will be based on number of bathrooms and if it's a weekly/bi-weekly service.
