Coconut oil 92 Degree Melt Point, White - 1 Lb
Coconut oil is a white solid fat that is obtained from the fruit of coconuts and has a great shelf life.
Coconut oil is the main ingredient in soap making. It adds hardiness to bars and produces great lather with big bubbles. It may be drying to the skin in soap so you will only need 20-30% in your soap formulas. Lotions, made with this oil, have high moisturizing properties and soften skin. It is perfect for lotion bars (especially this higher melting point oil), for ointments, lipsticks, lip balms, massage creams and in anything you want. It could be added to skin as it is as massage oil.
The difference between Coconut Oil 92F and Coconut Oil 76 F is the melting point, which is 92 and 76 respectively. This melting point difference can give extra hardiness to soap and also in summer time it is easier to keep 92 Degree coconut oil at room temperature – it will not melt.
