I am a 17 year old girl that has been looking for her dream horse since I was 13. Parents have a strict price range and its hard to find a horse with my needs.
The Lower the price, the Better!
I need a horse (doesnt matter what breed, even if a cross breed) that is ridable and trained to where you would let your child ride it with out any worries.
*MUST NOT BE MINIATURE HORSE*
I love them...just have no use for one...
Must not have any medical issues, or, if any MUST be very minor.
Must be under the age of 15, as I plan to take care of the horse for a good while even after I move out.
I dont care about colouring, or white hooves or whatever. I just need a good, sturdy horse.
I do not care too much about the sex of the horse, mare, stallion, gelding. Just must have a nice personality that isnt aggressive towards humans, other horses, or other animals as I have a few dogs and a cat that roam outside.
I am used to working with a 9 year old paso fino that wont walk and only likes fast paces. I practice barrel racing on my own time when I am not going out with friends on their horses. More often than not I end up having to ride double or get left out.
I have two locations, Chattanooga TN and Ringgold GA. Location is not really all that much of a problem, just must be in the two states or in Florida near Orlando or Miami.( We go there often.)
I was almost able to get appaloosa mare for $250 but she was a bit hard to catch and didnt like farriers so they said a definite "No".
If it is a really good horse for a really good asking price then parents wouldnt mind traveling a small bit.
I realize what I am asking is a bit much but please understand I do not have much choice.
Please, if possible, include a picture of your horse as this will help the parents say yes to buying it.
