a friend of mine is 42. he is disabled with a spinal injury,from a fall from a ladder 8 yrs ago. very loving person.he has 3 children and 5 grandchildren and i am writing this to see if i can get help for him to pay his home taxes.he is on a fixed income and can not pay the bill. we can not help as we are on a fixed income also.i know i am asking for a miracle but maybe there is someone out there that can help.anything you can spare would help. his address is j culler 95 conowingo lake rd conowingo md 21918. if you can find it in your heart to help please do.thanks. god bless
