Average elevated storage/floor/loft area dimensions:
-7 to 8 feet off of the ground. (Provides sufficient head room to keep area below usable.)
-8 foot by 8 foot elevated storage/floor/loft area.
Average materials needed:
-3 to 5 eight to twelve foot 4”x4”s. (Depending on your barn or pole barn.)
-10 to 12 eight foot 2”x4”s.
-2 to 3 four foot by eight foot sheets of plywood.
Our elevated storages/floors/lofts can provide you with much needed storage space in your barn or pole barn, clearing up space on the floor for more important things while keeping sufficient room for usability of the space below. They can provide additional workspace, or even a fun place to hang out & relax after a hard days work. Whatever you use them for, you can bet that our elevated storages/floors/lofts are 100% safe & they will always stand strong.

Pictures of sample elevated storage/floor/loft areas that BBoys Construction have already installed can be provided via e-mail or in person during the measurements & estimates.
Some barns & pole barns cannot be installed with one of our elevated storage/floor/loft areas, this all depends on the existing structure & design of your barn or pole barn. This will be discussed during the measurements & estimates. Please keep in mind that once the measurements & estimates have been completed, it may take us a few days to design, blueprint, & finalize plans for your elevated storage/floor/loft area.
An optional hand-rail that surrounds the entire elevated storage/floor/loft area & an optional, conveinient ladder that extends slightly above the area can be installed upon customer request. If you plan on using the area as a recreational type of floor or loft, having a hand-rail & ladder is recommended for safety reasons. If you would like a hand-rail & ladder installed, it may increase the ETB by 1 to 3 hours, & will require an additional 2 eight foot 4"x4"s & 6 to 8 eight foot 2"x4"s. Additionally, you can choose to either just have the hand-rail or the ladder installed. Which will lower the ETB and estimated materials needed. Please keep this in mind when calling.
