Description:
If selected as suitable for a position you will spend 3 to 6 hours daily online: 2 hours to 3 hours per prospecting session, (or more if you like), while researching your prospects prior to contact and making several calls per hour, (on some days).
As needed in the beginning:
You will discuss prospects with your manager before, after and during your daily prospecting sessions and keep good records.
You will need to keep focused upon continued learning about our system and service packages and the tools offered in them while practicing your presentation and prospecting system.
You will be expected to maintain an attitude of patience with yourself and your prospects while learning to adhere to a coaching oriented style of sales and account maintenance.
All of our Managers, Trainers and Consultants are hired strictly from within and receive over-rides and additional bonuses. And everyone who outlasts the first 30 day probationary period gets a review for managerial status on their 5th week.
