Gibson's Hog & Bog is an annual event that takes place in the town of Askov, Mn on Memorial Weekend. It has been a hit since the get-go. This event runs all weekend long starting on May 23, 2008 running through May 26, 2008. Come out for a fun filled family event that everyone who loves to get down and dirty will enjoy. There will be many events for everyone to enjoy including Karaoke, Volleyball, Kid's Sawdust pile, on site concessions, and dont forget hours of exciting mudding action. Stay for the day, or the weekend.
This event is located in Askov, Mn off of Highway 123. The cost of this event is
$15 a day, $25 if you wanna stay the ENTIRE weekend. (that includes camping) There is room for tents or campers.
We welcome you to bring any type of mud truck that you wish to get dirty. There is something for every type of vehicle, so come out and give it a shot!!! For each truck the fee is only $15 for the weekend. NO NEED TO PRE-REGISTER, WE WELCOME ALL!!!!!
4-Wheelers are welcome, but they are to stay in the restricted area. There will be an area for 4-Wheelers to get dirty, but it is on a one warning rule. If there is any destructive, or radical behavior on a wheeler it will be parked at once and will not be allowed to run for the rest of the weekend. There will also be a $15 non-refundable fee for all 4-Wheelers on the premises. This is a Mud truck event, not a 4-Wheeler event. 4-Wheelers are alowed to run, but if there is any issues they will be parked. This sounds harsh, but we are trying to insure a safe family event.
