Jake is a wonderful, super smart horse. But he needs someone with alot more training in horse handling then I have. He was sold to me as kid safe but he is not safe for beginners or children on saddle. On ground kids can bathe, groom and walk him. Jake has wonderful ground manners. We work on that all the time, but when you saddle him up he becomes dominant and very head strong. He has been trail ridden before. He has no problems with walking in streams or crossing barriers. He will lead or follow. He will go up and down steep hills with no problems. I was told he would make a wonderful english/hunter/jumper show horse. He has a "look at me" attitude.
