Joe is a horse we rescued 9 months ago , he is started under saddle doing excellent . He was gelded when we rescued him by us and had some wolf teeth pulled .Joe floats when he moves like an arab , but also looks to maybe have some paso fino in him . I am positive he has some quarter horse in him from what we were told by the original breeder he stands 14.0 hands . He has just hit a growth spurt so he will get taller with good care and nutrition. very gentle little guy , loving manner, gets along with other horses well now that he has been in a herd. When we bought him to rescue he had been locked in a stall for over a year . His hooves are in excellent condition now . Vet at dover ohio gave him a clean bill of health now that he is with us. caught up on all shots worming and trimming . this guy will excell at anything you decide to do with him he aims to please . Not a spooky horse almost bomb proof .Price has some leeway not much as I need to recoup some of our expenses when we rescued him . . Update joe has several months under saddle is neck reining and behaving like a horse much older than he is , loves to work excells , love obstacles and is still not afraid of anything . My kids have started riding him now that school is out and he is working great for them . Great trail or 4-h prospect .
