By Eric Wong, BSc, CSCS: Your MMA Performance Coach

To All Serious Mixed-Martial Artists, You're reading this because you want a program to help you develop elite levels of strength and conditioning for mixed-martial arts.

MMA is a complex and demanding sport, and let's face it, you wouldn't be here if you already had the cardio you want.

You've probably been looking for info in magazines, on forums, and other sites, but you STILL haven't been able to find a complete program giving you everything you need.

So if you've made the wise decision to invest your time by reading this, I'm going to reveal to you a complete, easy-to-follow program that will skyrocket your conditioning and ramp up your strength and power so that you'll never tap or lose because of poor fitness, ever again!

Did you know that most Advice on Strength and Conditioning for MMA is Completely WRONG?!

I created my MMA-training program to cut through the confusion about MMA conditioning. There's so much info out there about what workouts to follow, what exercises to do, and what methods work best, it's next to impossible to get a clear picture of what truly works.

Lots of guys are jumping on the MMA bandwagon trying to cash in on our favorite sport by creating so-called 'MMA workout programs'.

Unfortunately, these workouts are missing KEY components necessary for complete physical development for MMA, and worse, might leave you nursing annoying injuries.

For example, when I first started working with mixed-martial artist Jeff Joslin, I discovered that even though he was successful, his strength and conditioning program had serious holes. As I started working with more fighters, I started to see the same patterns over and over.

The first problem is not following a structured, periodized program. Without a structured plan in place, there's no way you can make progress and improve your strength and conditioning.

Second, most fighters are doing useless exercises while missing key exercises not only for MMA specific power, but also for injury prevention. MMA places specific demands on the body, and unless you're countering those demands with preventative exercises, you're going to get hurt.

Once I put these guys on the right track, they couldn't believe the results. Let Jeff tell you about the difference he felt after following my program.
