St. Paul Community Head Start, a federally funded family development program that provides comprehensive early intervention services to low-income children and their families. We are looking for contractors to secure a security camera system around our building at our Harford Heights site. These cameras that we like to be installed will help to protect and maintain safety for our children, families and staff. The area that we would like to secure is the entire perimeter of the building. The work will be performed at 1919B N. Broadway modular building (Harford Height site).


The specific requirements of those interested and the scope:

1. The Contractor must follow the guidelines of the Federal Davis-Bacon Act.
2. Bids must include the following specifications:

· A copy of your license and insurance for the work to be performed.
· All materials must be listed as well as labor cost.

Sealed bids will be received until 3:00pm: Wednesday, October 14, 2009 located 5427 Belair Road: Baltimore, MD 21206. SB/WOBE/MBE/ADA are encouraged to apply.
