You must inspect all equipment before using it and to take full responsibility for assuring that the equipment is in good working order and safe to use. Scooters purchased from Terrell's Retail, will be covered for 30 days from the date of delivery for manufacturers defected parts only. This warranty shall be limited to no more than the purchase price of the scooter. This warranty includes labor, not wearable parts or damaged parts from accidents, abuse, or shipping. In the event a part must be replaced, Customer shall contact Terrell's Retail. which shall ship the part within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of the returned part from Customer, or if the part to be replaced is not immediately available shall inform Customer how much lead time is necessary to obtain the part. In all cases, Customer must return the defective part before Terrell's Retail, can replace it with a new part.
