Although we tend to carry woven wraps, we do like to occasionally offer some stretchy ones also =) Here we have an organic cotton jersey in a rich truffle color. I guess the almond thread is the malt inside. Yum! The term "organic" is often used - it has various meanings =) Here, I am passing on what my supplier's label says. This is a jersey knit with about 20% stretch across the grain of the fabric. It may also contain some bamboo - either way, it is a lightweight, luxurious fabric with excellent drape. And for those of you who like to have that extra width to swaddle with and a generous length, this might be the wrap for you!! We have a limited number of wraps here that will be 28-30 inches wide.
The outer edge of each of these wraps is serged with almond thread - it only peeks out every now and then since jersey knits curl under on the edges. Marking the middle point of the wrap (this helps with most wrapping techniques), are four lines of contrast stitching that creatively contrast without limiting versatility of your wrap.

These are excellent at distributing weight and can be used from infant up through toddlerhood. An accompanying DVD will show you front carry (facing in and out), hip carry, and back carry (only for advanced users, please!)
