I'm placing this ad for a friend of mine.
She has had her pair, a male and female, together for their whole lives of eight years. Yesterday, her female died.
We would love to find an older companion for the male ferret. She takes great care of her animals, and it shows!! They come out regularly to play, and the cage is a huge wire cage with tubes attached and tons of toys.
I may be able to pay a small fee for a companion, but mostly would just like to be able to help someone else out that can no longer take care of their own ferret. I feel terrible for this little boy, having been with the same ferret for all eight years of his life, and now suddenly being alone.
