Millions of people in America and around the world suffer from anxiety and panic disorder. It is very widespread and becomes more so everyday. Understanding and subsequent treatment of this disorder is still in its infancy even today. But there have been some recent breakthroughs in coping with with this problem. This was probably my lowest point because I felt I was out of options and had no where else to turn.
