All negotiations, regarding salary hours and duties are conducted between the care giver and the client. In most cases, removing the "staffing agency" from the loop results in a significant savings to the client.
Our search fee for care providers is an initial retainer of $125.00. If the applicant is hired, a placement fee of 20% of the applicants first month salary is due upon hiring. Getting started is as easy as requesting and signing our contract for services and payment of the initial retainer fee.
