and hospice experience. Give quality care. Have ability to make decisions
and leave to outline areas. Coverage includes Ogden Salt Lake, Provo,
Tooele and occasionally Albuquerque areas.
The Registered Nurse provides skilled nursing care to patients in their home
under the general guidance and direction if the Case Manager, according to
the physician’s orders and in accordance with Harmony Home Health policies
and procedures, and following established standards of practice.
