The temperature in the townhouse unit, as a whole is regulated by a state of the art heating and cooling system which keeps the townhouse very comfortable throughout the year. Public Library across the street. Grocery Store/Cleaners/Liquo r-Wine Store/Barber Shop/Local Bar/Church/Community Center all within a mile down the street. Plenty of sidewalks and walking trails. Lots of beautiful trees surrounding the area. Beautiful Lake Elkhorn about a mile down the road which has a 2.5 mile jogging/walking trails around it. $25 application fee (non-refundable).
