Scooters purchased from Terrell's Retail, will be covered for 30 days from the date of delivery for manufacturers defected parts only. This warranty shall be limited to no more than the purchase price of the scooter. This warranty includes labor, not wearable parts or damaged parts from accidents, abuse, or shipping. In the event a part must be replaced, Customer shall contact Terrell's Retail. which shall ship the part within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of the returned part from Customer, or if the part to be replaced is not immediately available shall inform Customer how much lead time is necessary to obtain the part. In all cases, Customer must return the defective part before Terrell's Retail, can replace it with a new part.
NOTE: Because styles sell out quick, make sure all customers email us for a stock count before any order. If customers don't email us to see if merchandise is still in stock, we are charge a fee to refund payment back to customers. All customer will be charge this fee before any refund is send back to customer. Please check to make sure products are in stock, before any order, we are trying to take all items off the internet that are no longer in stock, but sometime we can't get to all ads.
