This is a Large Solid Silver & MOP Handled Folding Fruit Knife. The mother of pearl handle is quite plain with no engraved patterns on it. It does have a blank oblong cartouche.
Assay Office: SHEFFIELD
Date: 1928
Makers Marks: James Dixon & Son
Dimensions: 5.5 inches long when the blade is extended and just over 3 inches long when the blade is closed into the handle
Condition: It is in good condition with no damage to the mother of pearl handle but there is some black spotting to the blade commensurate with age and use
