This is a beautiful Solid Silver and Lilac Enamel Boudoir Clock which carries hallmarks for London 1926 and makers marks of ?&RC (the first letter is unfortunately rubbed so I cannot make it out, but the others are very clear and in the shape of a clover leaf).
This stunning little clock is very Art Nouveau looking in its shape and the solid silver decoration, although it was made during the the Art Deco period. It is in lovely condition with no damage to the very pretty lilac enamel and it is in perfect working order. It measures aprpoximately 4.5 inches tall and 3.25 inches wide at its widest point.
It is an 8 day clock and has a brass inset mechanism and stand and it has a lovely clear face which is very easy to see and read
This really is a super clock that would look lovely in any room, but particularly a bedroom.
Don't miss it as this is rather special, as I believe most clocks like this had pink or blue enamel so it is quite unusual and in lovely condition.
