This is a lovely Solid Silver Oblong Shaped Tea Caddy. It has curved sides and is gilt inside. It stands on 4 raised bracket feet.
Assay Office: LONDON
Date: 1908
Makers Marks: SWS & Co
Dimensions: 3.5 inches wide, 2.25 inches deep and 4 inches tall including the handle. It weighs 6.25 oz (178g).
Condition: It is in good condition with just a few very very small dings, but these are very small and hardly noticeable. Each end does have a slightly visible seam which appears to be in the manufacture.
Remarks: A very nice solid silver tea caddy.
