Love. Companionship. Intimacy and sexuality. These are important aspects of our most intimate relationships in life. A Soulful Relationship exists among people when -- in addition to love, companionship, intimacy and sexuality -- they consciously use their relationship as a vehicle or laboratory for personal and/or spiritual growth.
A one-day workshop designed to dramatically expand your ability to open to receiving and giving deeper love, more powerful levels of intimacy, and greater freedom with regards to sex and sexuality.
IN THIS WORKSHOP YOU WILL LEARN:
* Crucial information about the mechanism of the ego and its role in relationships.
* The nature of projection, and how it works to keep us blind to unhealed areas in ourselves.
* How relationship can be used to see our projections and thereby learn to heal ourselves.
* To identify and release fears and blocks to living in a more soulful relationship.
* How to use you relationship as a conscious vehicle for spiritual growth and evolution.
* How to have powerful, intimate, loving relationships that work.
In this informing and inspiring workshop, participants will discover new, healthy and holistic connections to sexuality that lie beyond the 'obsexion' that permeates our society today. Through discussion, guided meditation, transformational breathwork, and other means, participants will work and play (safely and dealing with sexuality at the cognitive and energetic levels) to bridge this schism between sexuality and spirituality, reintegrating two of the most fundamental aspects of being human.
Workshop includes Transformational Breathwork session. We provide some yoga maths and blankets: it is recommended though that you bring your own mat and blanket, and a small pillow.
