Hurricane season is taken a bit more seriously now in South florida due to the heavy hitters we had in summer of 2005. A lot of people hadn't gotten water, stocked up on batteries or thought they'd need certain supplies. I think now we know that preparation is essential and getting things like a radio, gas can and
canned goods is very important.
