Many programs that teach vertical jumping, are made up from people that never trained anyone, to increase their jumping ability. The first thing you should know is what you are missing. These are the main reasons why you fail at increasing your vertical jumping.
A- The lack of knowledge of the correct principles.
B- The lack of knowledge of the correct practices and techniques.
C- The lack of discipline or ability.
D- The lack of the correct nutrition.
Many times you can be training wrong, but it feels right. You have to learn the difference between training the correct muscle and fiber groups, and when your training the wrong groups. Lots of times when you workout and feel the burn, you think your training the correct way.
