Positions are now available for Youth Program Staff in our residential program for at-risk youth. Responsibilities include maintaining structure within our program, assisting youth with daily schedule, and being a part of their life as a mature, responsible role-model.

We are looking for people who are able to:
• Exercise excellent judgment in resolving conflicts.
• Balance respect, care and discipline for our residents.
• Work effectively and cooperatively with other staff members.

FT/PT positions available. Evenings and weekends.
